^ The shared 2nd floor bathroom has a water heater connected to the shower.
^ In addition to the 2nd floor bedroom, there are also two attic rooms, which bring the total number of rooms available to three.
^ There is also a shared area on the ground floor which has a dining table, refrigerator, water dispenser, stove and sink, as well as utensils for cooking and eating.
^ There is also a wraparound terrace on the second floor, which has tables and chairs for eating, or just hanging out.
Location:
^ The townhouse is located at Celestial Village, Bgy. San Luis, Km. 2, Asin Road.
^ It is 2 km. away from City Hall and 1 km. away from the Cooyeesan Hotel and Recoletos Seminary.
^ It overlooks the Sta. Lucia Golf Estates, and on a clear day, you can see as far as the South China Sea.
Rent:
^ Rent for the rooms is P500 per person, per night.
^ The second floor bathroom is shared by guests staying in the second floor bedroom and the attic rooms. If you would prefer to have the bathroom be private, we can do so by reserving the second floor, attic and bathroom exclusively for your use. If you would like this type of arrangement, the applicable rate is P4,500 per night, for a maximum of 10 people.
^ Check in time is at 2 pm, while the check out time is at 12 noon.
